Demolition Day Filming
Sunday night and I just put Mo to bed in his new bed. He seems to love it a lot and I’ve got the futon sofa bed in the livingroom again, so at least my guests have somewhere to sleep that doesn’t involved kicking Mo out of his room. :)
Found this “game” called September 12th… you can’t die, there’s no time limit and it makes the whole ‘war on terrorism’ seem even more pointless within the first minute. Not bad for a “game”.
I decided this week to try and blog while I was at work. As it’s v difficult to get ‘net access (*one* computer on a dial-up connection and *everyone* wants to pick up their mail every day…), I decided to write it in Word and post it on the weekend… For some reason, I had very little to say…
WEDNESDAY
I’m sitting in my hut. Ed is logging tapes of ‘Fear Factor’ (he presents it on Sky) for his new showreel. I’ve just read though a copy of ‘The Story’ – a group-written story that my high school friends and I did in 1986. Silly, silly, silly. :)
It’s been raining here and the whole set is a total quagmire. Puddles the size of large ponds. And I just cleaned my boots this morning. Fun.
I think I’m going to open up iMovies and do some re-editing of my reels…
THURSDAY
It’s now 7:40am. I’ve got 5 minutes until the car comes to pick us up.
For some reason when I type I somehow tap the touch pad which then resets the cursor to somewhere else without me knowing it and then I have to stop and cut n paste and get annoyed (it just happened w annoyed- it put the last ‘d’ in between the ‘u’ and the ‘t’ in ‘cut’). I’m obviously either not holding my hands correctly or my computer isn’t designed perfectly (which couldn’t be the case, cos it’s a Mac *^_^*). I may have to change my touchpad settings. I bet you’re glad I told you all that.
