Those silly minions that are hanging off her every word, and egging her on with their nasty little remarks, are worse than Jade IMHO

You know what, it’s against my better judgment… but I’m going to vote for Shilpa this week. And if Channel4 doesn’t give at least a significant percentage to the bullying charity which Jade no longer fronts, then… well… then, I’ll just tell them they’re crap (though they are currently making a decision about whether or not I will be presenting a programme on E4, so I might wait until after that decision happens ;)

The UK and its media makes me go nuts. Let’s try and pretend that moron TV is a serious issue so that we can all justify watching it and talking endlessly about it.
The issue is not the racism. Shock horror – ignorant people say ignorant things.
The problem is the outcry. Sure all the moronic racist individuals should never work again. Agreed – but then I knew that before this. They are morons. They are talentless etc etc etc. Get them off TV.
As for the outcry? Enough. Get over it. There is real racism out there. If we care so much about racism why not start battling against it in real ways. Let’s stop the repeated demonising of asylum seekers/economic migrants in our press. Let’s get the BNP off our streets.
There’s still a war on that we are participating in. Let’s talk about that. Let’s talk about the racist and colonial undertones of that before we even consider fucking Big Brother for a second.
Gordon Brown visits India and the media gets sidetracked onto this. Fuck that. The small issue of climate change is even being put aside for this.

Well, I’ve told people about it and they love the idea of pieing her… everyone, however, suspects that Jade will be ‘protected’ for at least the next few weeks…
OMIH- actually I see the issue in the media being more about Channel 4/Endemol not doing anything about what’s going on in the house…. and huge numbers of people being very fed up with the idiots. It’s a kind of ‘we’ve been humouring the idiots for a while, but, really, enough is enough.’ And that, I believe, is a good thing. I don’t WANT idiots on telly and seemingly neither do vast numbers of the British public.
Any chance of a quick precis for those of us lucky enough not to be watching this?

Jade, Danielle and Jo (doesn’t really matter who they are other than ‘young, unthinking, shallow women’) were ganging up on Shilpa (number one Bollywood box office star). They picked on every little thing she did , how she talked, her (impeccable) manners, how she cooked, everything and during their little ‘private’ bitching sessions about her said things like, ‘She should fuck off home’ ‘Maybe they cook chicken like that in India and that’s why they’re all so skinny. Cos they’re diseased.’ ‘Do they eat with their fingers.’ ‘I don’t know where her hands have been.’ ‘Shilpa Poppadom’ ‘Shilpa Fuckawalla’ etc etc for days.
Channel 4 had the nerve to say that there was no racism. Jade thinks her apology ‘I didn’t say those things in a racial way’ is enough. To me that’s kind of like an abusive man punching his wife then kissing her and saying he didn’t mean it. Fuck off.
On one of the Big Brother forums someone suggested we all go out and call every Indian we meet Mr/Mrs Poppadum because, according to channel 4, Endemol and Jade, ‘it’s not racist’.
Twats all of them.
What a load of shit. I’m glad I haven’t seen it.
I would watch it, but I already have enough of my own big brother.
