But I bought the DVDs ages ago in a mad rash, so will watch them. They've been staring at me in an accusatory manner for far too long. I loved The X-Files at the time, and even have some VHS tapes from the first ill-fated attempt to release all the series episodically. And I've got a couple of books penned by Mrs Jonathan Ross - Jane Goldman. But I don't think I've ever seen the last couple of seasons! So re-watching from the start is not something that I feel I *have* to do. Just something I *want* to! There is going to be a DVD with 8 episodes of the X Files coming out, the aim of which is to gear everyone- old fans and new fans alike- for the new film.
