New X-Files Poster!

I met loads of people at the LA Film Festival last night. It was remarkable how many people there came up to me to say, ‘Hey! You’re the one who got the X-Files script on YouTube!’ I had a tiny taster of what it must be like to be a WebCleb. :)

A few people asked for my email address, which, of course, I gave out. Today I got something totally cool in the mail. I’ve got no idea who it’s from cos they didn’t have a name other than ‘X’.

I just thought it was so cool I wanted to put it up! I love seeing the X-Files done in a different style!

X-Files 1950s Style

When I get some time, I might try doing an X-Files movie poster, too! Haha!

  1. That poster looks like it belongs to a bad “B”-movie. :( That makes me sad.

Also - god, you’re in the states a lot it seems. Too bad you never come near me, though.

Maybe if you go to Papa’s next year I’ll see you…

  2. Okay, I feel bad now. For some reason I missed that someone sent that to you - I thought it was some kind of Fox poster for the movie. :(

    I apologize, X!

No, it’s not an offical poster! Haha! I just love the X-Files done in ‘Bad Movie Poster’ mode! Heheh. I’d love to see one done in a cool 60s style or whatever. Like Psycho or Blow Up or whatever. it’s kind of like that video trailer someone made that turned The Shining into a feel-good movie. V funny.

  4. I was just about to essay an amusing comment about “Is that Billy Connolly as Jesus” when I mercifully Googled the correct spelling of his name and discovered by Wikipedia that it is indeed my fellow Scot… : )

I love this! It’s whimsical and well done!

  6. Hi Gia!!

    Looking for your next message!

Hey Gia, I think you should do this. :) We don’t know much about you personally!

  8. Hey Gia, please spread the work of the Official X-Files trivia site recently launched. http://www.seriousxfilestrivia.com.

I’m sure all X-Philes enjoy the site, especially seeing as the winner can win tickets to the Premiere and a meeting with DD and GA!!!

In case you've not already seen, the British Nationalist Party's membership list (*edited to add link to new source*) has been leaked online. For non-Brits, this is a White Supremacist "political" party in the UK. Everyone on that list stands for everything I stand against.

  • Observer Article -

Honestly, this isn't a blog just about Brian. That would be really weird... but... indulge me just a bit longer.

Some of you may have seen the article about Brian in the Observer today. Now, you guys are intelligent and realise that not everything you read in a newspaper is accurate. This was made absolutely clear to me this morning as I was sitting in my bathrobe, hair all over the place, barefoot, all coffee breath, unshowered and read, "he married his American wife, glamorous TV presenter Gia Milinovich, in secret." :-/

    Ah well...
